Since its inception in 2002, Queen's Conference on Education (QCE) has evolved into one of the largest student-run annual conferences at Queen's University. The conference is for anyone who is interested in expanding, enriching, and evolving their educational viewpoints.

Come hear about some of the exciting research being done at the Faculty of Education in less time than it takes to make a burrito.

Pecha Kucha is a fast paced, visual way to share research stories. Each presenter will share 20 slides on their research and only be permitted 20 seconds to speak per slide. It's an excellent way to get a taste of some of the work being done by our faculty members.

Featuring presentations by: Drs. Pamela Beach, Alana Butler, Amanda Cooper, Saad Chahine & Jamie Pyper.

All are welcome to attend. Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available.

PhD Student from Pakistan Visits Queen's to Analyze Data

Muhammed Yaqoob​Muhammed Yaqoob, a PhD student in Education at the Northern University in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, has come to Queen’s University to work with Dr. John Kirby on his dissertation that focuses on the relationship of student’s attitudes, anxiety and their achievements in statistics at the higher secondary level (Grades 11 and 12) in Pakistan.
