The Faculty developed an academic plan to ensure continued excellence in teaching and research and to support an inclusive learning environment that fosters compassion, engagement, and innovation in education.
It was critical to the process of developing the plan that feedback was sought from our students, alumni, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders as to how the Faculty can grow and develop.
We are excited to share the Academic Plan 2019-2025. This plan builds on seven main themes developed at our Faculty retreats.

These seven themes will guide our strategic planning and growth over the coming years.
