Laura Pugliese-Muir is a Doctoral student in the Faculty of Education at Queen’s University. She holds an MA in Political Science from Dalhousie University and a BEd from OISE/University of Toronto. Laura is an Ontario Certified teacher having taught in secondary schools for 16 years with progressive leadership experience as a Department Head of English/Moderns/ELLs. Most recently she has taught various ConEd courses as a Graduate Research Fellow. Research interests include social justice and equity-centred educational leadership and policy, anti-racism and culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogies and teaching practices.

Andrea Hill (BEd, MEd'23) recently completed her MEd at the Faculty of Education. Her thesis was titled, Escaping the Box: Exploring the Educational Experiences of Formerly Incarcerated Women. She begins her PhD this fall.

Dr. Lindsay Morcom
Tanya Joseph is a graduate student in the Faculty of Education whose research focuses on supporting students with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) in Ontario classrooms. She holds a BHSc (Honours) in Biology and Pharmacology Co-op from McMaster University, a BEd from Queen’s University and an MEd from Queen's University. She is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and is certified to teach 7-12 science, biology, and mathematics. Tanya is an occasional teacher for Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) and has taught as an instructor within the BEd program and the International Teacher Training (ITT) program at Queen’s University.
Lauren Smart-Lampl completed the Indigenous Teacher Education Program in 2017.
Amy Newnham completed the Outdoor and Experiential Education (OEE) BEd program in July 2023.

Andrea completed her Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree at Queen's, graduating with a major in linguistics and a minor in psychology in 2022. Shortly after, she began working at the School of English as the Events and Communications Administrator. In September 2025 she will begin a Master of Education degree at the Faculty of Education part time.

Kelly’s work supports sustainable growth by aligning resources with faculty priorities and student needs, fostering inclusive opportunities across diverse programs. Her collaborative efforts help strengthen community bonds and ensure lasting impact for students and educators.
