Biography
Thomas is an elementary school principal with the Francophone public school board (CÉPEO). He completed a B.A. in French Linguistics at the University of Windsor, a B.Ed. in primary and junior education at the University of Ottawa, and specialist qualifications in Special Education and Religious Education. Thomas also holds Ontario Principal Qualifications. He is currently researching educational coaching practices used to facilitate reflective practice among early career teachers.
