Biography: 

Peter Vooys is a graduate student at Queen's University where he studies wilderness travel experiences in Canada. He holds degrees in Kinesiology, History and Education. Peter has worked in the outdoor education field for over 20 years and has been a director, coordinator, guide and instructor for many camping and outdoor organizations including Camp Quin-Mo-Lac, Camp Tamakwa, ALIVE Outdoors and Connected in Motion. He has also served as an urban instructor for Outward Bound Toronto. Peter is currently a teacher in the Limestone District School Board, a guide with the Gould Lake Outdoor Education Centre and a former member of the Ranger Rick Fan Club.
