Biography
Poonyawee Jirarattanawan is a doctoral student at Queen’s University and an anatomist from Thailand. She has seven years of experience teaching anatomy at the School of Medicine, Mae Fah Luang University, where she integrates active learning strategies and self-refection to enhance student engagement and foster learner autonomy. Alongside her teaching responsibility, she has contributed to student well-being through counseling, mental health support, and the facilitation of workshops and activities focused on soft skill development. Her doctoral research explores the impact of resilience practices on overall well-being and examines the association between resilience and spiritual well-being among Thai medical educators.
