Biography
Tanya Joseph holds a BHSc (Honours) in Biology and Pharmacology Co-op from McMaster University and a BEd from Queen’s University. Tanya is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and is certified to teach 7-12 science, biology, and mathematics. Prior experiences include teaching in the ITT program at Queen’s University, practicum placements in Ontario classrooms and with KEYs Camp in Kingston, and tutoring students online and in-person. Tanya’s research focuses on examining preservice teacher knowledge and understanding of exceptionalities and identifying teacher self-efficacy to support students within Ontario classrooms.
