Mask Distribution starting February 28

New Mask Requirements (as of February 28): All students, staff, faculty, and visitors are required to wear an ASTM F2100 Level 2 medical-grade mask indoors on campus. Further details on mask requirements are available in the university’s COVID-19 mask requirements.

Disposable mask recycling is available by the main doors outside of the auditorium.

Teacher Candidates

Masks have been purchased for students and will be available for pick up on Student Street the following dates and times:

Monday, April 4: 3 - 4 pm

Tuesday, April 5: 8 - 8:30 am, 10:30 -11 am, 1 - 1:30 pm

Masks will also be available Monday to Friday from 8 am - noon and 1 - 4 pm in the Education Student Services office (A112). Please note: teacher candidates will need to show Queen’s student ID in order to receive masks. 

Staff

Managers were given masks to distribute to staff on their team. 

Faculty

Faculty members can pick up masks from Lisa or Brooke in A101a/b.

If you are teaching a graduate class, there are boxes of masks in your classroom for you to hand out to your students. Each student should get one box. For any questions about mask distribution, contact the graduate office.

Graduate Students

Graduate students will each be given a box of 50 masks. They can pick them up in their regularly scheduled graduate class or in the Graduate Office (A106). - Attend your regular scheduled graduate class next week and the instructor will provide you with a full box of 50 masks.

  • Each student is allocated one box. Each mask is wearable for 35 hours of use.
  • If you will be in the building before your scheduled graduate class and would like to pick up your box of masks earlier, you can pick them up from the Graduate Office, A106.
