Most Queen's employees who have completed one-year of continuous employment at Queen's and work more than 40% time are eligible for the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) which can pay tuition for part-time studies for both Queen's degree-credit courses as well as select non-credit courses.

The program consists of 10 online courses, including a Capstone course with a self-directed project to explore current and personally relevant educational issues and challenges, to earn your degree.

Advance your expertise in teaching and training with our fully online Post-Graduate Certificate. Build a strong foundation in pedagogy and adult learning through core courses like Universal Design for Learning and Introduction to Teaching and Learning, then tailor your path with electives in areas such as online teaching, workplace wellness, equity and inclusion, leadership, and more. If you decide you'd like to continue after you finish this certificate, you will be eligible for advanced standing for the Professional Master of Education.
