Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Cognitive Studies from Queen’s University and has been a child and youth advocate as an educator for 28 years. She was a 20 year principal of schools until her recent retirement in July. She dedicated her career to mentoring aspiring, pre-service and in-service educators in her role as school principal and in her role as Course Instructor for Queen’s University and the Ontario Principals’ Council.

Jennifer continues to work for Queen’s University and is also a University Supervisor with the State of New York University. She lives with her husband of 30 years on the outskirts of Kingston. With her husband and two adult children, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer is dedicated to, and passionate about, the well-being of children, families, and communities. She is also a proud member of Queen’s University Council and an active member of the Faculty of Education Homecoming Engagement Committee.
