Jessica leads three units: Continuing Teacher Education, Professional Studies, and Queen's School of English. Her extensive leadership encompasses the development and oversight of integrated professional and non-credit programs, both within the Faculty and on behalf of the University. She also leads the Faculty’s global engagement strategy, advancing international research connections, cultivating strategic partnerships, and designing custom academic programs to meet the needs of global partners.
