Congratulations! You've made the decision to join the Queen's Technological Education Multi-Session Program (TEMS)!

Now that you've accepted to Queen's, let's get you ready for May! To keep you on track, we've created a checklist outlining the tasks and deadlines you need to keep in mind.

Activate your NetID Once you have successfully accepted your offer of admission, you will receive an email with information about activating your NetID and your Queen's email account. Log in and make sure everything is set up to your satisfaction. From this point forward, Queen's will only communicate with you via your Queen's email account, so be sure to continue checking it regularly! Log on to your Queen's email Outlook can also be accessed from anywhere using mobile apps: Microsoft Outlook for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch Microsoft Outlook for Android	Once you have accepted your offer.
Register for your Practicum Placement Practicum registration information will be emailed to your queensu.ca email address in mid-March and registration will be open from March 14-27. Placements will be arranged by the TEMS program coordinator only.	March 14-27
Review the Essential Knowledge, Abilities, and Dispositions of a Teacher Candidate	As soon as possible.

Come tour Duncan McArthur Hall We offer tours of Duncan McArthur Hall, home to the Faculty of Education. Please contact us if you are interested. Staff are available to meet with you and answer any questions you have about the program, Queen’s and Kingston.	Due to COVID-19, tours are not available at this time.
Complete your Ontario Student Assistant Program (OSAP) Application Students must submit a new 2021-22 OSAP application via the OSAP website selecting “Education Summer Session” as their program for the 2022 summer term.	Apply now.
Submit documentation for academic accommodations If you have a disability (i.e. learning disorder, ADHD, ASD, mental illness, physical disability, etc.) and are able to demonstrate functional limitations that affect your academic functioning, you are eligible to receive accommodations.
