This course examines the Business Studies curriculum and learners through a lens of improving student success, while also preparing you for roles in educational leadership. Best practices in instructional design are examined through the application of learning theories, universal design for learning principles, and current assessment and evaluation practices. You will explore strategies to promote communication and collaboration, while supporting learning and building learner resilience and overall well-being. Developing strategies that promote equity, diversity and inclusion while breaking down systemic barriers and bias will be explored.
