Your capacity to encourage others to take on new challenges and become leaders themselves is your strength.

In this course, you'll learn to be an active lead learner and leverage your beliefs, vision, experiences and professional relationships to better understand how to create the conditions for more equitable experiences in the educational system for all stakeholders. You will collaborate with course colleagues to refine your advocacy, mentorship, coaching and communication skills to support fellow educators in promoting well-being and the achievement of excellence for all students.
