In this course you will learn, through a variety of pedagogical lenses, theory and practical applications to use in your computer technology learning environment. You’ll apply strategies for supporting all learners in their discovery of coding, interfacing, and computer hardware. You will use experiential and self-directed learning to build and model computer technology projects. You will use cloud-based tools to simulate programmable circuit boards, coding environments, and networking simulations to develop and reinforce the skills required to effectively teach computer technology. An exploration of systems of power and oppression will prepare you to use culturally responsive pedagogy.
