Why did you choose this program?
Want to be an administrator at a High School sometime soon, and this program is to help me get there with requisite skills and knowledge.
What was one moment of the program so far that stands out to you?
Organizational Leadership really helped me understand the different management and leadership styles as well as the Leader Follower relationship.
How do you fit this program into your life? How do you structure your days to fit it in?
- Mondays - after my kid goes to bed, I typically try to complete all readings. If I have time, I do the discussion posts for the week.
- Wednesdays - finish my discussion posts and begin drafting ideas for assignments. I usually start assignments at least a week to two weeks before they're due.
- Fridays - during the school day, I try to chip away for an hour at one or more assignments.
- Saturdays and Sundays - during my kids' nap time (12-2.00pm) I will chip away at assignments I need to get done. If needed, I will go out to the local library to study (once per paper usually).
