Educational Background
I completed my bachelor's degree in History at Presbyterian College in South Carolina, USA in 2008. I started the Professional Masters of Education at Queen's University in January 2024.
Current Occupation
I am the Assistant Registrar at the University of South Carolina Aiken Campus in Aiken, SC, USA.
Advice for New Students
Don't be afraid to reach out to your professors. They are all there to help you learn and navigate your program.
How do you fit this program into your life?
I am fortunate to be able to work on my schoolwork during my lunch breaks, evenings, and weekends. This program has been wonderful. My home was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene, and my professor was very kind and understanding during that difficult time. We did not have power or reliable internet for weeks and I was still able to finish the course. The professors at Queen's University really do care about your well-being.
