Internationally renowned music educator Thiago Di Luca will lead participants through traditional musical games, songs and dances from Brazilian childhood culture using the pedagogical perspective of the Orff-Schulwerk approach. Discover the basic elements of the language and rhythms of popular culture in Brazil, such as samba, baião, and ciranda, among others.

This event will take place on May 14, 2026, and will feature approximately 50 students from grades 2-6 in Vocal, String and Orff ensembles. Repertoire will explore expressions of Joy in different cultures and musical genres. Join us for this heartwarming celebration at the Isabel at 4:30 pm. Admission is by donation. Donations can be made at the event or on the Sistema giving page. Just show a copy of your receipt at the door!
