After completing my B.Ed. at Queen's in 2000, I began teaching core French and visual arts with the Peel DSB. I have spent many years as a junior classroom teacher with my own core French and had five amazing years teaching Kindergarten. In my twentieth year, I began a two-year term as a Learning Environment Itinerant Teacher (Equity IT) serving colleagues and students in thirty-two Peel schools. Currently, I am on secondment as Secretary-Treasurer for PETL. In addition to my Local committee work, I also serve on an ETFO standing committee and on the ETFO ELHT Benefits Advisory Committee.
