Faculty and graduate researchers, alumni, and educators in the community are invited to submit 90-minute workshop proposals. We are defining literacy broadly and hope to have workshops that encompass early years, exceptionalities, multiliteracies, literacy and I-EDIAA, evaluation and assessment of literacies, etc.
We hope to cover four broad categories: I-EDIAA; Languages, Literacies and Early Years; Professional Practice; and Evaluation and Knowledge Translation.
Please submit a short description of your workshop (up to 500 words), including a title, names and positions of all presenters, and a brief abstract to EDUCCOMM@QueensU.ca by September 25, 2023. If you have any questions, please reach out to Rebecca.carnevale@queensu.ca.
Note: We can host up to four concurrent workshops. If you are unable to participate in November but would be interested in participating in an April event, please send a very brief description (up to 100 words) of a potential spring workshop.
