How to Submit to RBJSE

We are glad you have taken interest in submitting to RBJSE. Please read below to find out how to submit!
 

Deadline for submissions is December 14, 2018.


What Types of Work can you Submit?

The Rosa Bruno-Jofré Symposium in Education accepts submissions for all types of work, including:

  • Proposals for studies
  • In-progress studies (with and without data)
  • Completed studies
  • Literature reviews
  • Master's & Doctoral proposals

Submissions should show connections to education.


Choose a Presentation Format

Applicants can participate in RBJSE in one of five ways. Click on each presentation type to learn more about it, including what each submission should address.


Develop and Write an Abstract

Submitting requires a 300-word (max) abstract. Abstracts should be fully edited, conform to APA guidelines, be ready to be included in the final program, and should address the following (as applicable):

  • purpose;
  • perspectives(s) or theoretical framework;
  • method(s) and data source(s);
  • results, conclusions and/or interpretations; and,
  • educational importance of the study.

Submit your abstract for consideration to present at RBJSE! In order to make the process as smooth as possible, be sure you know:

  • The names, emails, and institutions of all authors.
  • What area of education your proposal best fits into.
  • Any special equipment you may need for your presentation.
