Allison Chapman Receives Robert J. Wilson Thesis Award

The 2014 recipient for the Robert J. Wilson Thesis/Dissertation Development Award is Allison Chapman for her proposed research Formative assessment practices in Grade 9 applied mathematics classrooms supervised by Don Klinger.

The Robert J. Wilson Thesis/Dissertation Development Award was established by the Faculty of Education Assessment and Evaluation Group (AEG) with support of the Dean of Education. The Award recognizes the contribution of Dr. Robert J. Wilson to graduate student learning and his dedication to the growth and development of new scholars in assessment and evaluation. The award is given annually to graduate students in the Faculty of Education with a demonstrated research interest in theoretical and practical contributions to the fields of classroom assessment practice, large scale assessment practice, or program evaluation.
