Housing Board

The Housing Board is intended primarily for teacher candidates as it lists short-term accommodation postings (weekly and/or monthly over a span of eight months) suitable for on-campus weeks at the Faculty of Education.  

Graduate students may also find suitable accommodation as some landlords are also willing to rent room(s) during the practicum teaching weeks.

On-Campus Weeks
Summer: students will be on campus from 30 April to 25 May 2012, 3 July - 20 July 2012 and 13 August - 24 August 2012 

Fall: students will be on campus from 4 September to 5 October 2012, and again from 29 October to 30 November 2012

Winter: students will be on campus from 7 January to 8 February 2013, and again from 1 to 26 April 2013

Practicum Teaching Placements
Students may also require accommodations during the practicum teaching blocks if they are in Kingston: 9 October to 26 October 2012, 3 December to 21 December 2012, 11 February to 8 March 2013, and 11 March to 28 March 2013.

Please note that on 12 April 2013, all of the listings on the Education Housing Board will be removed and the board will be updated for the next academic year. If you would like to post your room(s) for the 2013-14 academic year, please list your property on or after 13 April 2013.
