BEd Program Assessments

The Interim Report is to be completed mid-point of each Practicum Block (including Part 1 and Part 2 of Practicum Block One).  The Preliminary Summative Assessment is to be completed on the last day of Practicum Block One - Part 1 and the Summative Assessment is to be completed on the last day of Practicum Block One - Part 2.  Each Summative Assessment must be signed by the appropriate parties.  A copy should be kept by the Associate Teacher.

• Interim Report- completed on-line and a copy of the report will be emailed to all parties
• Preliminary Summative Assessment - Block One-Part 1 (Fillable PDF - Use Adobe Acrobat to save data) Each comment section has a maximum of 350 characters.
• Preliminary Summative Assessment - Block One-Part 1 only (PDF - Print and complete by hand)
• Summative Practicum Assessment Form (Fillable PDF - Use Adobe Acrobat to save data)  Each comment section has a maximum of 600 characters.
