Housing Board
The Housing Board is intended primarily for teacher candidates as it lists short-term accommodation postings (weekly and/or monthly over a span of eight months) suitable for on-campus weeks at the Faculty of Education.
Graduate students may also find suitable accommodation as some landlords are also willing to rent room(s) during the practicum teaching weeks.
On-Campus Weeks
Summer: Students will be on campus from May 6 to June 28, 2013.
Fall: Students will be on campus from 4 September to 4 October 2013, and again from 28 October to 29 November 2013.
Winter: Students will be on campus from 2 January to 7 February 2014, and again from 7 to 30 April 2014.
Practicum Teaching Placements
Students may also require accommodations during the practicum teaching blocks if they are in Kingston.
Block 1: 7 October to 25 October 2013, and 2 - 20 December 2013.
Block 2: 10 February to 7 March 2014.
Alternative Practicum Block: 17 March to 4 April 2014.
