Shane Carty has spent seven seasons in the acting company at the Stratford Festival, with roles in seventeen different productions, including Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing, Antonio in The Duchess of Malfi, The King of Navarre in Love's Labour's Lost, Ivan Karamazov in The Brothers Karamazov, as well as many others.  Most recently Shane played the title role in Sweeney Todd at The Neptune Theatre in Halifax.

Shane is a graduate of Queen's University and the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre Training at the Stratford Festival.
