Outstanding Service Award 

The Queen's University Faculty of Education Alumni Outstanding Service Award is presented annually to recognize the accomplishments of a member of our alumni, faculty, or friends of the faculty, who has contributed to education through distinguished service in the profession or in the larger community.

Those nominated will be chosen by their peers as having made an exceptional contribution to education either at home or abroad in the teaching profession or in other fields related to education. 

An announcement of the winner of the award will be posted on the Faculty of Education website.

Nominations

Deadline: March 31, 2012 

Nomination packages should be between 2-4 pages long, outlining activities that have contributed to the community, and may include internet or print articles relating to the nominee and/or letters of recommendation from the organization that benefits from the efforts of the nominee. Nominees should agree to the nomination. Those wishing to nominate a person for the award can submit a name and brief explanation of the nomination to Sandra McCance, Office of the Dean.
